A luscious blend of hand-dyed wool and mohair went into this timeless turtleneck for a small dog.  The wide mock cable stitch came from Vogue Knitting’s Stichionary (Sixth & Spring Books, NY, 2005, p. 129), where it was called a “mock cable swirl” stitch.  By any name, it adds warmth and class to this little sweater.

The sweater measures about fifteen inches (15”) around at the chest without stretching.
