In February of 2006, Forest House Fiberworks introduced the first of a continuing line of hand-spun, hand-knit sweaters, coats, toys, and blankets for discriminating dogs everywhere.  Some pieces even have matching accessories for that special person in a dog’s life.

Wouldn’t she love to strut her sophisticated stuff in this muted pink and gray handspun, handknit rayon lace number?  The ruffled collar is spangled with coordinating beads, and the skirt has a matching, unbeaded ruffle.  The body of the dress has a strand of commercial plain pink fiber knitted along with the handspun, while the cuffs and ruffles are plain heathery rayon.

This pretty dress for your small dog measures about fourteen inches (14”), unstretched, around the chest.  You don’t have to tell anyone that the name of the lace pattern is “cat’s paw”!
